Can One Conversation Change Your Life? "Just Ask Michele"
Michele Smith: One Real Woman's Journey Towards Fitness & Wellness
Ms Michele Smith is the type of fitness & wellness professional that sets the standard for someone like me. After having been in the fitness & wellness industry for over 25 years, in my professional opinion, if you are struggling with attaining your goals of fitness & wellness she is the type of fitness professional you should seek out.
To look at her images the average person might dismiss her at first as "being lucky", "genetically gifted" or "born with athletic ability". Here is a newsflash: she is just like you and me and every other woman who has ever struggled with the desire to attain and maintain fitness & wellness. Michele has faced all of the struggles that many of us have faced: near-debilitating emotional abuse, no one that she could trust to guide her in life, failed marriage, being a working mother, self-esteem issues, going back to school much later in life, never feeling like she was good enough no matter what goals she accomplished. But ultimately Michele's desire to improve herself and her life kept driving her forward towards positive pursuits causing her to turn away from the types of behaviors that would negatively impact her health and well being. In addition to all of her educational accomplishments and business successes she earned her pro card in women's NPC figure competition at the unbelievable age of 52!
If you are in need of her professional expertise please check out her website. Ms Michele Smith provides a wide variety of services ranging from nutritional counseling and image consulting to personal training and executive health coaching.
I have personally worked with Michele where we volunteered our time and services to women online for several years. Her willingness to help women empower themselves through education about topics ranging from proper exercise regimens to general diet plans to raising their self-esteem through support and shared information was abundantly clear to me. I've seen Michele extend herself to multitudes of strangers online to the best of her abilities offering advice about everything from how to overcome abuse to facing peri-menopause head on, with your eyes bright and your smile wide. She has also given back while paying it forward to her nutrition school by mentoring students. When she can she also provides gratis services to clients who can't afford her entire professional fee because they are driven and have special needs. Michele understands that the proper quest for fitness begins by addressing what's going on on the inside first. This means what you eat, how you think, and getting your body moving in a safe and effective manner. Eventually as you become more fit you will find that you will have ease of mobility, gain strength and you will be able to continue to challenge yourself. The next thing you know, the lines of your body have changed to and have a more aesthetic appeal. After 25 years, I know for a fact that there is no other sound path to fitness & wellness for the long haul.
The pursuit of fitness & wellness is a life long process, a step by step journey we can choose to ignore or stumble about blindly on our own (which is a journey that usually leads to nowhere fast). Or we can choose to join people like Michele and have someone support us in a positive fashion every step of the way. I know that working along side Michele has greatly impacted my life in many ways. So I take this time to pass her special brand of magic and professional expertise to pay it forward by giving the information to you. It is my sincere hope that you will take this information and use it to your fullest advantage.
