If you are under a great deal of stress in the early part of your pregnancy, this can be potentially harmful to your baby. You could send your body into a miscarriage, if your body is under a large amount of stress. There is no full proof way to eliminate stress completely, but you should try to lower the amount of stress you are under, especially if you are pregnant. When you feel you are under a great deal of stress, you should try to do something to relieve some of the stress.
Go for a walk exercise is great for your body when you are pregnant. I'm not saying run marathon but take the dog for a walk around the block, or go to the end of the driveway and get the mail. Any type of walking can help to clear your mind a bit and relief some of the stress.
Take a bath, this can help to just relax your body for a bit. It will give your body and mind a bit of time to relax and clam down.
Treat yourself to lunch, either by yourself or with a friend. Just by removing yourself from the situation can help to relief some of your stress.
When you are in the later part of your pregnancy, and experiencing a great deal of stress, this can be harmful to your baby. Your baby could try to go into premature labor, to get out of the situation. It's not healthy for a baby to be born to early, and there are many risks for your premature baby. If you are experiencing large amounts of stress in the later part of your pregnancy, you should try to do something to relief your stress. Granted it may be harder for you to do certain things being so far along, but there are things you can do and should do.
Look through some of the items you have for your baby. Just remembering that your little one is on the way can help to relief some of your stress. Just thinking about your baby and the fact that your baby is experiencing the stress also, can help calm you a bit too.
Relax while reading a book, put your feet up and unwind with a good book. The silence and relaxing that you get when you sit and read can help to unwind your body, and calm your stress a bit.
Try writing your feelings down. Just writing can be a stress reliever, this gives you a way to get everything out and not have to worry about it saying anything back to you, or making any comments.
Depending on your situation there are so many ways that you can relief stress while you are pregnant. Finding what works for you is the key.
So just remember ladies, stress during your pregnancy is harmful no matter what part of your pregnancy you are in. So just relax and take a breather it will pass.
