Can Success Trends Be Decoded?

Success could mean different thing to different people! One might aspire to be a multimillionaire as success but another might dreamt of qualifying the Olympic as a success. Nevertheless, in most if not all these quest for successes, a great deal of money is required or involved. Hence, we could simply say that success means making lots of money; or to succeed we require lots of financial assistance!

In a nutshell: Can the fruitful direction of achieving a particular attempt be predetermined? Can human reach a state whereby what we want is what we get?

Ever wonder why we achieved certain goals in life effortlessly while others failed miserably although we'd put our hearts and souls plus sleepless nights of preparations cum detailed planning? Was it bad luck, poor timing?

We were taught that: failing to plan means planning to fail; yet planning don't guarantee success!

If past experiences are essential and useful in our future undertakings, why were previous success patterns re-applied during different intervals of time-frames, at some later stages yielded contradicting results?

Why can't achieving success be as simple as 1 plus 1 equals to 2 instead?

Ancient Chinese war strategist Sun Tze's philosophy emphasized that: "To win (succeed), first put ourselves beyond being defeated, hence advance." Therefore, unless and until we were doubly sure of 'zero casualty', we shall not trust forward 'blindly'!

Notwithstanding the element of hard work, good planning, preparation, experience and human genius, can we contain luck and timing altogether, if they do exist towards determining successes?

The rugby concept of: to move forward, we ought to pass backwards can be inspirational towards our day to day living. In this case, we ought to study and analyze our past success/failure trends before we trust forward; sound simple right? But based on what formula?

Chinese has a norm proverb for success: Heaven timely, Earthy (Geographical) preference, and Human harmony. While we could choose where to dwell or invest, and who to invest with, it's no easy task to predetermine when to go forward and when to retreat!

With my little exposure with ancient Chinese I-Qing courses since 1997, I have put on trial many calculations on various events and happenings on myself, I thought I could have found one of those simplest ways to decode success patterns!

The heaven and earth characteristics of the Ancient Chinese lunar calendar were being segregated yearly, monthly, daily and hourly into a 60-yearly cycle of different representation by 'elements' namely, water, wood, fire, soil (earth), and gold (metal). These elements remain as constants, meaning they would not change. For example:-

Inter Elemental Relationships with Given Year Deciding Factors

Next, every human being born on planet earth has a set of hidden codes by birth date and time. These statistics could also be transformed into elements to determine which elements were favorable to you and which not. Hence a Deciding Element ( DE ) could be derived; which when properly implemented, could yield unexpected results in whatever you do in life! However these were much more complex than most laymen could comprehend.

However, a much simpler method was to look back ( rugby method) to all those passing years..........whereby:-

1. Which were my most successful (satisfying) years to date? Eg. Winning one million lotteries. -100 marks.
2. Which were my most disastrous years to date? Land up in jail. -100 marks.
3. Which were years with moderate results, meaning not so good, neither were they bad? 0 marks.
4. Which were years I was towards my peaks? And 75 marks.
5. Which were years I was heading for downfalls? -75 marks.

If you were born with FIRE as the Deciding Element (DE), 2008 & 2009 would be the year to lift you out of your lowest doldrums. You life started to tumble from second half of 2003 and eventually fell to the lowest in your lifetime in 2004....................It was not until mid-January of 2007 that you saw hope to revive! Caution though all out in 2008 but do consolidate in 2009 to face plenty of uncertainties (obstacles) in 2010! Contain your emotion and temper by being well mannered to all and you should smooth sailing ahead.

For those who need EARTH as the DE, 2008 & 2009 is time for you to consolidate your big harvest in both 2006 & 2007. Signs of things slowing down and timing not in tuned have started to surfaced. A conservative approach for much of the 2008 & 2009 is encouraged. Uphold trustworthiness in everything you endeavor and people would like to deal with you.

Whereas If you'd discovered that METAL is your cup of tea i.e. DE, probably you would have sent out many S.O.S. signs already. You are already falling and falling and falling and nothing seems to work. Buddies have distance themselves from you and bankers have already withdrew their facilities and friendliness. Sorry if we did not publish in time to keep you notified. Extend your networking and make more friends, these would help immensely.

Hope is the key word for those who needed WATER as the DE in 2008 & 2009. The last 2 years of 06 & 07 which is Earth in DE must have been disastrous for you. However, tough time never last, only tough people like you do. You could utilize your experience gained during these trying times to form a more solid foundation for better years ahead. In short, better things are on the way.......Acquiring more knowledge and keep learning for the better.

Congratulation, you'd survive and recovering from the stumbles in 2006 & 2007. For year 2008 & 2009, consolidating your capital, networking and resources is the key point. For people who required WOOD as the DE, adopting loving kindness as your day to day principles would certainly help to hasten your recovery.

By predetermining your Success Trends, lets see what's in stored in coming 2008 & 2009 with Fire as the Resulting Element (see chart above). Similar methods could be used by using elements of months, dates and time to detailed accuracy.

Caution though, please be reminded that men could have been disillusioned by our own frame of mind. We were often trapped by our own wondering thoughts, differentiations, and attachments that we were bound by time and space. We preset time limits and spaces of far and near to satisfied our craving greed of success yet success is but a state of mind, subjective to men's own bewildered interpretations only.

One man's success might have been another's failure. Even human race's mighty successes might not have perturbed the animals and plants kingdom at all. What is the real implication of this self-acclaimed success then?

Discharge and disown time and space; meaning do without past, present and future and forever your mind and you would be victorious and free eternally. This shall be the ultimate success of man-kind!
