Most people have at least one mole in their body, while some people have more moles than others. With that many people having moles, it is no wonder there is a lot of inquiry about cancer mole symptoms. It is best practice to regularly check your moles if they are normal moles, or are they cancerous. However, before you do that, you should have a good idea on what are the cancer moles symptoms. Regular moles on the human body are typically brown to dark brown in color. Some moles are raised, and some are flat. Most moles develop in the age of five to twenty.

A regular mole is typically harmless. However, there are times that some moles are cancerous such as melanoma. Melanoma typically develops from an existing mole that is already present in your body. Most people have no idea about cancer moles symptoms. That is why if you have no time to do a little research, it is best that you consult a doctor and let the doctor check for any cancer moles symptoms.

Even if you know some of the cancer moles symptoms, but in most cases cancer moles symptoms are not recognizable to the untrained eye. Additionally, there is no common cancer moles symptom that applies to all the people. However, there are a few cancer moles symptoms that are worth watching out; here are a few of them.

Check for any color changes to your mole. If you have a mole that suddenly changes in color such as dark brown that changes color to light brown, red or blue. Such color changes can be reason enough to see a doctor.

Check for any shape changes. Another symptom to watch out if your mole is oval shape that suddenly changes into round, then it is enough to cause concern. If the mole also is continually growing, then it is also one of the symptoms of cancerous mole.

Another thing to watch out if a mole suddenly becomes irritated, swollen or painful then you could consult a doctor for an opinion.

There are moles that exist in the early years that have an increased chance of developing into a cancerous mole. One good example is the congenital nevi, it is typically a large mole that occurs since birth, and it has increased risk in developing into a melanoma that is malignant.

Early detection is very important so that you can easily manage moles that are cancerous. Therefore, it is a good idea to have a good understanding about cancer mole symptoms, and consult the doctor for any suspicious mole behavior or appearance.
