Cherry Peaks
Ingredients:
½ cup melted butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup coconut
¼ cup evaporated milk
1 cup candied cherries (red and green) cut in halves
Blend all but cherries until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper. Let stand for 10 minutes to firm. Top with a piece of cherry. Store in single layer in covered container in refrigerator. By using both red and green candied cherries, these candies will look festive on a Christmas Tray.
