Minnesota is a beustiful winter wonderland with many things to participate in winter. There is a wonderful event that takes place in many parks and trails around the state that includes the use of hundreds of candles at night. If you are ever able to participate in a candlelight event at night it will be a truly memorable experience for you and your whole family. It is better for older kids since young children can get tired or they can be afraid of the dark. But sometimes even young children can have fun participating in a candlelight event. If you think your children would like to go on one don't hesitate to let them participate in the magic of a candlelight event.

Duriing the winter months there are plenty of wonderful activities that you can participate in and enjoy but having shorter days it gets dark earlier making it hard sometimes to participate in the great outdoors.
