Climate change that I remember growing up during the 1970s was when an American Indian in a Keep America Beautiful campaign commercial - sheds a tear for the sad state of American lands littered with trash of every kind imaginable. By the end of the campaign, the reduction of litter and pollution reached nearly 88% across vast areas of America. All of this was done by volunteers - blood, guts and no cost to any taxpayer and no government mandates were involved. Global warming was not a phrase back then, it was to just clean up your backyard.

Flash forward to 2009 and we have an elected organizer for a president who is bent on taxing any and everyone who breathes air - if you're already dead, you got off easy.

President Obama is in Copenhagen, Denmark - no Christmas trees were allowed as it might distract from world domination talks - and he expects that everyone here in the United States to bend down and agree to the carbon tax - but as the liberals say, it is only geared toward businesses and won't affect consumers. Anyone passing first grade in elementary school know that when businesses are taxed, those costs are attached to the products we buy. Therefore, the consumer will receive a back-door tax increase in the name of climate change.

When it comes to liberals speaking to the public about anything, including the environment - its called liberal-code speak and many are clueless that what is being told to them. Sure we need and want some cleaner air, cleaner streams and lakes, but how far should it go that the people have to be taxed too death in order to gain some far out fantasy when 31000 scientists disagree? Are we causing Global Warming? I think not and the very enemy that they claim is CO2 - they are chasing what keeps us alive. CO2 is not something that is needed to get rid of entirely in order to eliminate global warming.

Climate changes have gone on for thousands of years and yet, man has created a disaster in a short 70 years? If man is destroying the environment and it is leading to global warming, then in past warming cycles, what caused climate changes then?

These same liberals will state that we must remove any Christian symbols, the Ten Commandments from the steps of court houses and never mention Christ's name just because a few men said so but never explain why that it is other than it might offend someone or it just is. Then they go on to pass some asinine law that will outlaw incandescent light bulbs by 2014 - that should do wonders for motion sensors that rely on quick responses and of course, how we dispose of these mercury energy efficient light bulbs - an overlooked minor detail that these bulbs just might spoil our drinking water. After all, who needs CO2 when you can drink mercury-laced water - I'm sure the fish won't mind either and neither will the environment.

Liberals feel that if all goes well in Copenhagen that the rest of us who do not believe in such hocus-pocus global warming, will go wild. Well they have a point but they are late as we have already begun to go wild because of the stolen e-mails proved that much of this is a hoax. The liberal lame excuses - I mean lies - that the scientists who concocted the manipulation of the data are just human and they make mistakes. I consider what Sen. Barbara Boxer claims that there should be an investigation of the "crime" of the stolen e-mails. Of course, liberal lies are nothing more than mistakes unless a Republican makes one which leads to an all-out assault on the Republicans.

According to the liberals, if nothing is done today, earth will end tomorrow but in the mean time, what comes out of Copenhagen will "create" jobs - but will put the dooms-day people out of business -- but then again, it may keep them in business because now the environment is something they can use for their end of days signs.

The liberals also claim that there are studies that show that severely reducing emissions will have a minor impact on our economy's growth - if it so minor, then where are the jobs that Obama is promising? But then again, the liberals promise businesses that they won't be told what to do or what to produce but then will have to buy so-called green credits to cover the emissions of CO2 and other so-called greenhouse gases. On the contrary, they will be telling businesses what to do and what to produce through the back door. Moreover, the liberals won't tell you how much it will cost for businesses to do this and the fact that this will take years for businesses to comply, which bears the question; how will it help the economy now? The short answer - it won't.

Climate change hysteria has gone on for decades from global cooling to now global warming; from acid rain to now, CO2 emissions without any mention of improving economies or will create jobs. This time, however, the liberals and socialists are using the recession of world economies to further their socialistic world agenda and state that it will get our economies growing and jobs will follow. Shake a piece of celery in front of a rabbit, and the rabbit will go for it because of the prospect of food. Throw out the word "jobs" to people and liberals expect people to act like rabbits and run with the prospect of jobs. Problem is, not everyone is buying into it without solid, and no holds barred global warming facts.

The truth is that liberals are presenting a doomed economy and more losses of jobs - and we'll all be dead by the end of Obama's term - if such climate legislation is not passed. For some reason, liberals do not understand the concept of a capitalistic market and that much so-called scientific studies are flawed - just like the Democratic Party is. We cannot be forced to clean up any environmental issue but must be done in a way in which government promotes such an advantage through market incentives, not tax the people and businesses to death in order to achieve it and then claim the greenhouse effect will magically disappear.

Rahm Israel Emanuel, Obama's Chief of Staff, the strong-armed political liberal hack once stated, "Never let a crisis go to waste." In this case, Obama and his administration are using global warming and the environment as a war on emissions in their fantasy world called, Cap and Trade.

The only crisis we are in now is an incompetent out-of-control administration bent on egos and not the welfare of the people, by way of false global warming causes perpetrated on false warming facts. In short, climate change hoax - loose change you can believe in.
