Capital Punishment

Isn't it a Good Option?

As the saying goes "an iron only can hit another iron" or most commonly known in Hindi language as "Loha Lohe Ko Kata Hai", seems somewhat plausible as a good option to curb terrorism. Many may argue that there can be other method of dealing with terrorism or heinous crime but the time is evident that the word of peace and the innovations of human brain could not bring the much awaited and loved peace. From last two to three centuries after the education of humanity got instilled in most of the countries which probably came only after their freedom, the countries are talking of peace to gain peace but just in vain or little success. Whether it is a world terrorism, international terrorism, national terrorism or local terrorism, the colleagues of capital punishment have achieved a certain amount of success but that success came in the form of a illusion pull and as END. The pull in the sense , as trying to stop it from its actions being persistent which can be either one year, two year or six year but not the permanent end.

The best way to perceive or feel pain is by feeling it on oneself rather than by being a mediator or spectator of that pain. A good point of argument that can be made against capital punishment is 'No one has the right to take anyone's life'. So do we have the right to let others life being punctured? It's definitely not. All these statements prove vital and meaningful only to the educated class or the good people but what about them, who spread the reign of terror and fear and pool of blood.

Plunging to the direct hard core, where our humanity goes when hundreds and thousands of lives are sucked and tortured in any type of attack ?; when a serial killer goes on pursuing his job ever after being prosecuted and punished?; when the human bodies are beheaded and hands and legs are chopped as plastic toys?; when the skin is peeled of the body and torn to pieces?; when some part of the body is mutilated and cooked to serve as dinner?; and when this question goes on and on and on.

It is very easy to say capital punishment should not be levied for any form of brutal punishment. So, are we ready to bear such atrocious forms of treacherous wounds on OURSELVES and not on OTHERS. If it happens to our loved ones with who we shared our beautiful life and formed a part of our life, can we let these demons and vampires go with just life imprisonment? Can we? Why do we go against capital punishment is because we never consider this world as a part of our family which falls in the surname of 'Humane'. If today we begin our journey with everyone as a part of our family, the next day we will be the first one to kick that thorn out who would be the cause of torment to our family. And yes the butchers cannot be included in family as only 'Humans' are entitled to be in it and a humane can never be a butcher and those humans who are monoesters, are distorted form, and needs to be eliminated to save other members of family becoming its food.

Speaking for capital punishment does not mean evoking it for every single or petty offence, it demands only when 'excess of everything becomes bad'. When the measures of humanity fail to chain it from its daily deadliest haunting, capital punishment should be evoked to save others. Life imprisonment is a suitable option only when the killings are limited and within the constraints of circumstances under which the devastating act was carried. But it is most dangerous when it is apparently known that the culprit is venom and will digest everyone either by hook or crook. A number of examples the world has to shrill when innocent lives were made hostage either in air, water or land to claim their barbaric heroes'' freedom from the soft clutches of humanity called life imprisonment.

Contemplate dear , contemplate. Are we ever going to have even the sprinkles of blissful peace or can we create a fear free life? That life is extremely charming, gorgeous, jovial, and delicious but how to procure it is the ultimate question we need to ponder. I think through a specialized concrete plan and THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP IN THAT PLAN.
