Money is of extreme importance to those born under the tenth sign of the zodiac. The reason is: this helps provide them with the security which is the most crucial thing in their life. Capricorn is an Earth sign. They are practical and down-to-earth in nature and they will put a serious approach into matters of earning, spending and investments.

Being careful with cash just isn't a problem for those born under this sign. They'll find no problems in saving. From an early age Capricorn will probably have got into the habit of putting some spare cash aside for that traditional 'rainy day' and this will never change.

Capricorns and Money

They have an ambitious nature and having something to 'show' for their money means a lot to the Capricorn. Being able to live in comfort and surround themselves with beautiful objects would bring the fruition of many of their dreams. They have a discerning eye and they know an item of quality when they see it. Therefore a collection of old paintings, antiques or other valuable objects could all go to add to their wealth as the years go on.

Capricorns don't really like lending money, probably because they feel as if those who get themselves in a position where they need some extra cash haven't organised their finances very well. Even so they will be quite happy to give advice. Before lending anything to anyone, they would want to make certain that person is really desperate. If the cash is needed for luxury items that can be done without, Capricorn will not oblige.

Likewise they would rather not commit themselves to too much borrowing for they never know what might happen in the future and they would rather not create problems for themselves when this could be avoided through a little forward-planning.

Capricorn and Finance

Capricorn is ruled by the planet Saturn. This keeps them careful and cautious. Their conservative approach to the household budget can sometimes cause problems when other members of their family may not be as thrifty as they are. Capricorn might get annoyed with other peoples' spending habits while others may well think that Capricorn has been deliberately and overly careful. A compromise will need to be found in such situations.

Most investments that they enter will hold very little risk if any at all. However, now and again them night be attracted to trying a little speculation. When shares in Property, Agriculture, the China and Clay industries and large corporations are likely

to bring them the greatest rewards.
