or if you find that things they do perturb you, the best way
to have a peaceful life is to stop caring.
This doesnt mean that you stop caring about the people themselves
and their highest good; it means that you stop caring and investing
your time in the things that they do.
If we focus too heavily on the things we dont get back from the people
we care about, all our attention will be on issue of lack. Give to
yourself by taking a break from caring about what people do. You keep
thinking that you can change someone else's thought, feeling or behaviors.
Stay away from people who want to control you or need you to control them.
And it is time to re-think and re-care about the real things that bring you self-worth.
Each time a thought of someone else's negative behavior starts to repeat
itself in your mind, stop it by saying to yourself: I choose not to care
about this; it has nothing to do with me or my overall life.
