After getting done with school, got my Associates degree in Medical Assistant, and it has been two years now and still cannot find a job anywhere. It feels like I have gone to school for two years for nothing. None of the doctor's or hospitals around where I live are hiring.
Just recently, I went out and put seven different applications in at grocery stores, and gas stations and still have yet to hear from anybody. Why is it so hard to find a job these days? I know there are places out there hiring because if not then everybody who is unemployed right now would be unemployed until someone got fired or quit. It is rediculous how the economy is right now.
It is also hard to look for a job the way gas prices are these days. Almost 4.00 dollars a gallon right now where I live. In order to get a job you have to go and put applications in which is what I have done but it seems pointless.
I wish I can find a job in the field I studied in school. That way I can get a decent job maybe get health insurance and be able to help provide for my family. The way it is going right now I do not see that happening.
I am a stay at home wife of 25 not even close to retiring and I have nothing to show for anything right now. Me and my husband never get to go to dinner because we never have any money left over a month because we live pay check by paycheck.
I wish and pray everyday that someone will give us a break soon. The way it is going right now I do not see that happening.
My husband works his butt off to try to provide for his family but in his eyes it is never enough because of all the bills we have to pay a month. Maybe one of these days I can take some of the stress off of him when I actually find a job.
I live in a small town in Ohio called Hammondsville. Around here the only place you are lucky to get a job at is a grocery store or gas station.
I try to get at least one place a day to put an application in. Sometimes there are days that I cannot get out there to put an application in. It is really had to do it everyday because of the gas prices around here. I know some places are more expensive, but with only one person working in the house it is really hard.
