CARNIVAL RIDE!

Downward Spiral

bw Frampton
Welcome to my downward spiral
You must be this tall to ride
If hope is gone and
all you got is pain
you are more than welcome inside

Buckle in before we start moving
or you may never see the sights
So, strap yourself in
'fore the fun begins
sit back, enjoy the music and lights

To your immediate right you shall see your lives
as others viewed you from afar
Don't you wish you could have
all of those moments back?
Don't you wish you knew who you are?

Sorry, I cannot stop the ride -
you've done paid your way down River Styx
You've bought yourselves
a two cent ending
to lives that could've been easily fixed -
but I sure hope you all enjoyed the trip!
