After Prejean filed a discrimination lawsuit against the Miss California organization in August, California pageant officials retaliated by filing a counter suit claiming the former Miss California owed them $5,200 for breast augmentation. (Miss California lawsuits and counter suits.)
Carrie Prejean's "Nude" Photos
Clearly Prejean has had lapses in judgment calls as private photos of her as a teen in panties, covering her breasts with her arms turned up on the internet, followed by a photo shoot from Bliss magazine where Prejean's skimpy vest slipped between shots and the photographer kept shooting. Carrie Prejean Lawsuit Settlement and Alleged "Sex Tape"
The latest rumor has it that Prejean was forced to settle because TMZ claims to have a sex tape starring Carrie Prejean. In that case, Prejean must REALLY have something on the Miss USA Pageant as they not only forked over $100K to Prejean's team as part of the settlement, but they also released Prejean from any financial obligations to Miss USA pageant organizer K2Productions, including repaying her breast enhancement surgery. Add the $100,000 settlement plus the breast enhancement cost, and Prejean's team won over $105,200 in the settlement. It looks like the settlement worked out in Prejean's favor - hardly the "loss" Prejean's detractors are celebrating.
Miss California Organization's 2008 Lawsuit - Christina Silva
This is the second time in as many years that Miss USA/K2Productions has dethroned a Miss California under questionable circumstances and been threatened with lawsuits. In 2007 Christina Silva was crowned Miss California, but her title was taken away by pageant officials three days later because of an "accounting error." In 2008 Silva filed a lawsuit claiming K2 and Donald Trump's Miss Universe Organization engaged in fraud, breach of contract, misrepresentation, negligence, false advertising, and intentional infliction of emotional distress (Miss California lawsuits and counter suits). Sex tape or not, appears Miss California history is repeating itself.

Of course she's on a book tour - she wrote a Book. You're entitled to your opinion, even if it is biased and based upon here-say and not the facts. The facts remain: She is not the one stirring up rumors of nude photos and sex tapes. There were NO nude photos. A "sex tape" has not been produced yet although there is rumored to be a private tape of her masturbating, which is vulgar. And - why are breast enhancements worse than nose jobs, braces, or girdles? Keep spinning your hate speech and intolerance - I'm sure you will find someone else biased enough to buy into it!
She's on a BOOK TOUR. That's the very definition of "putting herself in front of the media." It's amazing that the moralists are so eager to get behind a woman who gets boob jobs, takes nude photos and makes sex tapes.

Nothing like a little more sleaze in beauty 'contests.'
