Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher's Wedding Plans Still on Target, but Date Still Remains a Secret

Rumors on the internet ran rampart this week saying that Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher are having to postpone the wedding to later in the summer. And then there is the other rumor that the two are fighting about wedding plans. Neither of these rumors is true according to Todd Reynolds, Mike Fisher's agent.

Todd Reynolds told the Ottawa Citizen that Carrie and Mike still have the original wedding date in their plans and that nothing else has changed. The location and date of the wedding still haven't been disclosed, since the couple wants the big day to remain private and free from paparazzi.

Underwood continued her North American Tour after the CMT Awards last week. She has several tour dates booked for western Canada and then a big lull after the July 4, 2010 concert in Milwaukee, WI. Her bookings pick back up on July 31, 2010 when Carrie will make an appearance on The Today Show for the Summer Concert Series.

It appears that the blank weeks of July will be the time of Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher's wedding and honeymoon since Mike is also in the off-season of hockey. There was also a hint that the wedding would be in July made earlier by Carrie in an interview.

In looking at Carrie's schedule a bit farther, it appears that she will be taking it easy for a couple of months in a row. In August the country music superstar only has one engagement on the calendar, a concert appearance at the Ravinia Festival in Highland Park, IL on August 29, 2010. In September, Underwood will be back in action on Saturday, September 25, 2010 through September 29, 2010 taking the "Play On" tour to Oregon and then California. Underwood is booked heavily in October, November and December, 2010 marking her return to work.

Carrie's schedule (above) will coincide with Mike's professional schedule with the Ottawa Senators, with pre-season activity picking up in September 2010 and the start of the regular season in October 2010.

Not only will the couple have enough time for a nice honeymoon, but time alone for the first couple of months of marriage. This should give Underwood and Fisher some time to make plans for 2011 and how to merge their busy schedules in order to have time for one another.

Now the only question is..."just when is the big day?"
