Carrie Underwood or Taylor Swift for Queen of Country?

Carrie Underwood is one of the most popular artists in country music history. Along with Taylor Swift who has also made a name for her self in and outside of the country music scene! We will find out who's made more, album sales, concert tickets, and see what they're up to now!

Albums:

Carrie Underwood, shot to super stardom after winning American Idol in 2005. She later released the debut album " Some Hearts" ranking in a nice total of 7.5 million albums in sale! This album remained #1 in the country and billboard charts for a number of weeks, and she also had great success with her single "Before He Cheats." Which also ended up at #1 on the Billboard Charts along with Country Radio play nation wide.

Her sophomore album, entitled "Carnival Ride" had nice success to selling 3.5 million albums! And her latest CD "Play On" has done amazingly well also selling over 1.2 million copies in less then a year!

Taylor Swift came to the country stations with her first album debuting with her self entitled CD "Taylor Swift." This album went to the #1 spot and sold nearly 1.5 million albums so far! Her second album "Fearless," was a bigger success with 2.6 million albums in sales, which also landed at #1 and stayed there for 11 consecutive weeks.

Carrie Underwood has toured across the us three times with her two solo headlining tours and with AI 2005 tour! She usually sells out and is on tour for most of the year. She sounds great live, just got married, and has great albums/ticket sales! She also gives back to the community by 36 cents of every ticket going to charity. And she has her own charity CATS and is the spokesperson for the pedigree adoption drive!
