Carroll Gardens Crime Spree

Seems like the teens in Brooklyn are going ballistic, and not in a good way.

As the 37-year-old female victim left the IKEA in Red Hook last week on November 2, three teenaged thugs robbed her. The triple-layer-troublemakers followed her into the parking lot off of Beard Street just after 5:15 PM and demanded she hand over her cell phone and money. She complied. Shortly after the incident police arrested the three perps - two girls aged 12 and 16 plus a boy, 14. They were charged with robbery.

Something was in the air the night of October 30. A group of four teen girls attacked and robbed another teen girl on Baltic Street. The 16-year-old victim was kicked to the ground just before 10:00 PM and was robbed of her Blackberry. The cops came down hard and quickly arrested the thieves - two 13-year-old girls and two 14-year-old girls.
