Peanut Butter Chip Chewy Granola Bars
Cascadian Farm Organic Peanut Butter Chip Chewy Granola Bars I found are pretty good. When I couldn't get the bars that I wanted to one week, Nature's Valley, I gave these a try. Six bars come in a box. The bars themselves are pretty stiff, but still very chewy. This is another whole grain product with delicious peanut butter chips. I wasn't sure I'd like them, but I did.
Like Nature's Valley, this has no trans fat, no cholesterol, but is higher in sodium than Nature's Valley. Nature's Valley is 75mg, but Cascadian sodium content is 130mg. Cascadian is a good alternative if you cannot find Nature's Valley, or you may prefer this brand better. When you taste them, the peanut butter chips seem to just pop out at you. So, again, this is one organic granola bar that is not bland.
