Casey Affleck Sued for Sexual Harassment on Set of "I'm Still Here"

A producer for the upcoming Joaquin Phoenix documentary "I'm Still Here" is suing filmmaker and actor Casey Affleck for $2 million dollars claiming she was subjected to lurid sexual harassment and denied her producing fee after she refused to have sex with Affleck in a hotel room.

Amanda White filed the lawsuit with the Los Angeles Superior Court Friday afternoon and said in a statement she was forced to endure debauched behavior during production of "I'm Still Here: The Lost Year of Joaquin Phoenix," including "uninvited and unwelcome sexual advances in the workplace" and an impromptu shoot in a Las Vegas hotel room filled with hookers and transvestites.

She said she was forced into the hotel room with the hookers and transvestites by Casey Affleck so he could film and laugh at her being uncomfortable. White said she requested to leave several times and was laughed at by Affleck in a way she said seemed like he was getting pleasure out of the situation.

Amanda White previously worked with Casey Affleck and his brother Ben Affleck on the Oscar winning movie "Good Will Hunting." White said she had a verbal agreement with Phoenix and Affleck to receive $50,000 for helping to produce the documentary.

White is suing saying Affleck fired her and refused to pay her fee after she complained to the owners of the production company making the film.

Her lawsuit lists emotional and physical abuse, including incidents like being forced to look at a crew members penis after she told Affleck she didn't want to look. She also claims when she tried to go to sleep one night while filming in Costa Rica Joaquin Phoenix and Casey Affleck took several women into her room to have sex with them on her bed.

She also claims Casey Affleck addressed all women on the set as "cows" and after learning White's age said, 'Isn't it about time you get pregnant?"' She also said Affleck grabbed her in a sexual manner after backing her into a corner of her bedroom.

Affleck is married to Phoenix's sister Summer Phoenix and has two sons with her. Neither Joaquin Phoenix nor Magnolia Pictures, the distributor of the film, are named as defendants in the suit.

One Wednesday Casey Affleck shot back at the allegations through his lawyer Marty Singer calling them baseless and claiming White was a disgruntled employee who spent the entire time the crew was together demanding more money than the $50,000 she was promised. Affleck also claims White told him she would destroy him and the movie if he didn't give her what she wanted.

TMZ is reporting Casey's wife Summer Phoenix is standing by her husband through the allegations and lawsuit and her representative said she would not be speaking publicly about the matter.
