Casey Anthony Killed Her Daughter Caylee and We All Know It

Casey Anthony killed her little 3 year old daughter Caylee and everyone knows it. At least I hope everyone does. So far, a grand jury thinks so, which is why they have indicted her for First Degree Capital Murder. It seems that they will be seeking the death penalty in this case. Thankfully, Florida is a state that actually executes some of its death row inmates instead of letting them sit on Death Row and die of old age waiting to be executed like they do in California.

I would imagine that Casey's lawyers are trying desperately to get some sort of a plea deal in the works at least. I don't think that she will ever plead guilty if her daughter's body is never found; her defense team will just claim that the girl is still alive. Murder convictions have been obtained without a body in many cases but it still weakens the State's case not to have one. I know that there are search teams out in the Orlando area now searching for Caylee's remains. My guess is that she will be found eventually, maybe just not in the next year or so though.

If you lay out all the things that Casey has working against her, then it is obvious what happened. She was sick and tired of Caylee bogging down her night life, we know this now by reading emails and instant messages that were sent back and forth between Casey and her current boyfriend Tony. In those messages she would frequently say things like "I can come over only if I can bring snothead with me". That doesn't sound like a loving mother to me. She also deleted several pictures of her daughter from her computer hard drive only hours after Caylee was last seen alive. We know from her search engine records that she was searching for places to buy Chloroform (highly toxic poison/narcotic) and how to administer Chloroform to a person.

We know that the person she said she left her daughter with was supposedly named Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez. No proof of this person ever existing or living where she said that the babysitter lived. In fact, nobody had occupied the apartment where she said she dropped off Caylee at for a whole 6 months leading up to the case. Casey's cell phone tower records, which show the locations of where she was when making the calls, show her frequenting a large wooded area only days after Caylee went missing. She was actually seen walking out of the woods with a shovel by a witness who lives nearby. A neighbor of her parents said that she had asked to borrow a shovel around that time also, she never said for what though. Also when her mother and father looked into the car when she brought it back home after disappearing for 30 days it smelled like their was a dead body in the trunk. In this trunk the police have not only found Caylee's DNA, but they have also revealed that they have proof that there was a decomposing body in the trunk recently. They developed the technology to determine this fact at the "Body Farm", that is a place where forensic experts go to learn about how a body decomposes in certain conditions. They use real corpses that are donated to science, so you know their findings are coming from people who know what they are doing.

They know that Caylee's car seat and favorite blanket were left in the car as if she were taken right from the car without her stuff. There are a bunch of pictures in the media of Casey out at popular Florida nightclubs dancing and having a good time with friends, all the while she is supposed to be concerned because her daughter is "missing" during this time. She sure looks like she hasn't a care in the world in these pictures. Very damning.

On top of all these things that show her guilt, she has lied to investigators NON-STOP since the very first time they spoke with her when she reported Caylee missing. She told them she worked at places that she didn't, she told them that she knew people that were proven not to exist, she also claimed to have known people that existed but it turned out they didn't know her. She has lied about where she was at certain times during the past 30 days, and that was proven to be all fabricated as well. There is only one reason that you lie and send detectives on a wild goose chase if you are her, it is only because you are guilty and can't tell the truth. None of that stuff could help anyone find Caylee; it only makes things extremely difficult if not impossible to investigate the case.

We have also learned afterwards that Caylee was a liar and a thief; she stole checks from her Best Friend and pretended she was her friend so she could steal money from her account. She is actually up on charges for these offenses right now, 61 counts in all. Casey was also insanely jealous of her daughter's relationship with Cindy Anthony, Casey's mother. Casey felt she was not loved as much as Caylee was by her parents. We know this from statements of family friends after the fact.

She was sick of Caylee and wanted to get rid of her, so she bought some Chloroform and knocked out Caylee with it, who knows if the chemical is what killed her, she could have been strangled or something like that. She then put the body in the trunk, drove to a remote area and buried the body in a previously dug hole. She might have burned the body beforehand to destroy evidence; I say this because George Anthony (Casey's Father) had found two gas cans in the trunk of the same car that had the dead body smell in it. He originally thought that the cans had been stolen but then realized his daughter had them all along. She then tried to construct this elaborate lie.

Investigators and the rest of the world see right through Casey Anthony. We all know that you did it, and that you will be convicted for it.
