Cashflow 101 is a game that will teach you how to become financially independent using real life scenarios.

Cashflow 101 was developed by Robert Kiyosaki. The Rich Dad Poor Dad guy. I love his books they always inspire me to better myself financially and spiritually. When I found out he had a board game I knew I had to have it. I found a brand new game on e-bay for $130. It was worth every cent. I love this game. I can honestly say I have improved my financial situation by using some of the lessons I learned in cashflow101. It teaches you how to get out of the "rat race" and on the fast track to success.

The game is kind of like monopoly but you actually can use what you learn in real life. You start by picking your favorite colored rat and hunk of cheese. You then pick your dream by placing the cheese on your chosen dream square. Then you will be given a random profession. You might be anything from a doctor to a garbage man. You never know. You then are given a financial statement sheet. You will copy your random profession card onto your financial statement sheet. The banker then gives your stated savings amounts as your beginning cash. You then roll to see who goes first. The highest roll wins. The first player rolls the dice and moves around the board. You may land on a number of real life squares. Let's say you land on opportunity. Opportunity allows you to draw an opportunity card. There is no telling what you will draw it may be some kind of real estate deal or stock buying opportunities. You will either go with the deal or pass or you may sell it to another player at your price. If you choose to do a deal you will adjust your financial sheet accordingly and your accountant will check it for you. The object of the game is to either buy your dream or make fifty times your ending cash in the fast track. Whether you win or lose you will learn financial intelligence and the importance of wise investing. You can learn from this game and apply it to real life. I use the financial statement sheet from the game and track all of my real life finances so I can get out of the rat race for real.
