ABC TV Show Castle

This is a season of surprises and this is one of them. We had all heard about this one and waited with bated breath to see if it was any good. As we always do. I find that this one seems to have some charm to it with the viewers that have watched it. Some are saying that it is the seasons newest and best show. Do you think that murder mystery really is as sexy as they seem to make it? What is about this show that makes you want to blow your hottie whistle or throw in the towel? Is this a season hit or a new spin on an old idea? After all it is another murder show, right?

Also, why is it that people are so interested in murder mysterious? Is it because we like to see the bad guy get caught and watch the good guy win? What is it that makes you want to watch? Or perhaps not watch? Do you think that it is watching something unfold slowly and try to figure it out along with them? What is interesting to me is thinking about all of that. What is it that makes us want to watch these shows?? The other frequent comment that has been said about this show is that it is good to see a strong take charge women, and that she is also sexy at the same time.

So, what is it for you? If you are reading this I am guessing that you at least watched one of the shows or are curious about it so check it out and send your thoughts. After all it seems that we all enjoy a good mystery.

So as I always say, I want the thoughts and opinions of the public. What do you think of the show as a whole? What do you think of the actors? What makes this show a success or a flop for you?? What do you think of the actors? Are they presenting a good portrait of cops? Of writers? Or is this just another show about men women and the differences that they have. Perhaps you think this show is awful. I want to hear it!

What do you think of the murders themselves? Do you think that they were inventive and creative with them? Do you feel that they are obvious to solve or have any of the episodes really made you think and wonder?

I watched if for a couple of episodes. Enjoyed, (as always), Nathan Fillon. And that was about it. The mysteries weren't all that much and the dynamic between Nathan and the female lead just ain't all that. For these sorts of "dueling partners" shows there really needs to be a balance of give and take between the partners. But the female lead just sits there most of the time and looks indignant at the how clever the newcomer is. I think she gets about one "zinger" a show and it usually feels forced. Go watch "Remington Steele" or "Moonlighting" if you want to see this sort of thing done right.
