Now that the election is over I've taken time off from "thinking political" and set up a blogspot where I will be posting chapters of a story I wrote entitled, "Castlecottage". Though I'm passionate about political opinion and commentary, writing fiction is a good way to see the world as I prefer it be when the news is saying otherwise. "Castlecottage" is a tale about life, death and the secret to eternal youth. It is set in Ireland, amongst places and people I know well and love much. If you get a chance, take a look: http://castlecottage14.blogspot.com . All comments, suggestions and grammatical corrections welcome!

At a skim, this looks like a really really good storyline, and well-done! I've always wanted to visit the castles & cottages of Ireland & England.
OMG that picture is gorgeous. I can't believe the amazing scenery that some folks are exposed to daily. Here in OK, we have to take a road trip to find real trees.
I dig the setting, but I'll have to read the piece in its entirety after while. Thanks Amanda!
