These two relics only exist in the above mentioned versions of the game. Hence, the reason why the search results on the internet seem to belabor the point you have all relics despite the two empty spaces you clearly see in your Relic menu. Also, there are more than a few forum posts that will further confuse you by trying to lead you to the Faerie and Demon cards (which are different than N Demon and Fairy).
The good news, if you're patient and get a full 200% of the map covered, you'll find these relics eventually. They are in spaces that exist in the first American version. If you're not patient, here's what you need to know:
Fairy Card (slightly different from the Faerie Card)
This brings the Fairy Familiar which looks exactly like the Faerie familiar except dressed in green. Their speech is slightly different as well, but their main functions are the same.
Location: Orlox's chambers
Enter Orlox's chambers through the chapel side. Shortly after entering, the stone background gives way to a marble looking arch. This is just prior to a long hallway with bloody zombies that lets out into the courtyard with the Valhalla knights. Along the ceiling of the archway there is a spot that can be broken. The easiest way to do this is with an ax sub weapon. Also, if you have the gas cloud relic, floating along the ceiling in the poison mist form will also bash the area open. Enter the newly created passageway in the ceiling and you will enter the room with the Fairy Card. Happy times.
N Demon
N Demon looks like the Demon familiar except with a mask on. Its dialog also varies slightly but otherwise it acts much the same as the regular demon familiar.
Location: Coliseum
Enter the room with the blade-master skeletons. There is a ceiling block that can be broken. Two ways to break this (like before): if you have the gas cloud relic, have Alucard go yellow mist and float by it. Otherwise, use an axe sub weapon to get the ceiling open. You'll need some form of bat, mist, or gravity boots to get into the ceiling passageway. Once through the passageway, there is a small room and viola, N Demon Card.
