Cat Treats Review: The Goodlife Recipe Indoor Wholesome Delights

Candice W.
It had been awhile since my cat had some cat treats so I decided to purchase The Goodlife Recipe Indoor Wholesome Delights cat treats for her. The Goodlife Recipe company is a reputable one with high quality pet foods and treats. I had no hesitancy in choosing a package of these cat treats.

The Goodlife Recipe cat treat flavor I chose was the Real Salmon and Garden Greens flavor. My cat eats a lot of seafood-based cat foods so I knew she would like the salmon flavor in these cat treats. The Goodlife Recipe also offers the cat treat flavors: Chicken and Beef flavor and Salmon and Shrimp flavor.

The package is appealing as it shows a cat laying on its side daydreaming about cat treats. The package also shows you what the treats look like. The salmon and garden greens cat treats are salmon and green in color.

Would my cat like it? That would be the real test. When I got home I pulled out the package of The Goodlife Recipe cat treats. I shook the bag a little to see if it would capture my cat's interest. Then I bent down so she would know I had something in my hand for her.

I gave my cat a couple of The Goodlife Recipe cat treats to start off with. She sniffed the cat treats and then tasted them. It didn't take her long to finish the treats. It seems as though we had a winning snack. My cat looked around as though she wanted a few more of the cat treats. I obliged and gave her a few more. So it seems as though my cat approves of the Goodlife Recipe Indoor Wholesome Delights cat treats in the Real Salmon and Garden Greens flavor.

The Goodlife claims that its cat treats have wholesome grain are rich in flavor and fatty acids. The treats are accented with nutrient-rich vegetables such as carrots. The crunchy and creamy treats tastes like salmon and are flavored with natural garden greens that appeal to indoor cats.

According to the guaranteed analysis on the package, The Goodlife Recipe cat treats contain a minimum of 30 percent crude protein, a minimum of 17 percent crude fat, a maximum of 4.5 percent crude fiber, a maximum of 12 percent moisture, a minimum of .5 percent linoleic acid and a one percent minimum of calcium. The ingredients include chicken by-product meal, ground corn, animal fat, rice and salmon meal.

If you're looking for a tasty treat for your cat, I would recommend The Goodlife Recipe Indoor Wholesome Delights cat treats. Each package is about $2.79 and worth it, especially if you can get some on sale or with a coupon at your local grocery store.

I'll have to try that for my cat. She can be particular. It will be interesting to see if she likes this new food.
