Catholics Now Accept Married Priests

Anglican Church Welcomed Home

John Calvin Byrd III
Earlier this month, the Catholic Church announced that it would be accepting the Anglicans back into fellowship. This comes on the heels of continuing conflict between liberal Anglican ministers who accept gays as clergy and conservatives who do not.

If some Anglican congregations become Catholic now, they could bring their Anglican priests along with them, many of which are married.

According to John Allen, senior correspondent for the National Catholic Reporter, the Vatican may have created a loophole big enough to drive a Mac truck through, on the discipline of priestly celibacy.

Now married men who long desired to minister through Catholicism, may take the Anglican route to priesthood.

"Married priests are longing to serve God and the people in the Christian community through the church." Says Archbishop Milingo of Married Priest Now.

What's the relevance of this story, you ask?

With the swell of wedded clergy, maybe in the next ten years, we'll see a decline in sexually frustrated priest preying on young boys.

Oh wait! I forgot about those Anglican GAY married priest who may follow closely behind. Who will save us from them?!?!?
