Hiking - Catskill Park has breathtaking hiking trails. Mount Tremper Trail is a trail that is open to the public and you will find a fire tower at the summit. At 2,740 feet, it passes a Blue Stone quarry, and the round trip is approximately three miles. It is of moderate difficulty and dogs are allowed, so bring Fido along for the fun!

If you are looking for a more challenging trail, check out Mount Hunter. It is the second highest Catskill Peak at 4040 feet, and is used as a forest fire observatory at the summit.

Camping - If you are planning on roughing it or taking your RV, then you will definitely want to consider Sleepy Hollow Farm. It is located near Oshkosh New York and boasts absolutely stunning camp sites. It is comprised of 18 acres on a former farm with oak and hickory trees all around.
