CBS TV Show Undercover Boss: Changing the Way Businesses Run
Will the New Hit Show Undercover Boss Really Have an Effect on the Way Businesses Function?
After watching two episodes of the new hit TV show Undercover Boss on CBS, I have seen that positive changes are being made in organizations, and believe that this is a great concept. I watched the CEO of 7 eleven as he worked for several different branches of 7 eleven and made connections with some of his employees while going undercover. The end result was spectacular as he realized who the hard-working people are that really hold businesses together, and made different changes that would help the way 7 eleven was run. I also watched another episode of Undercover Boss last night that featured the COO from Churchill Downs. He spent time with several different employees and jockeys for Churchill Downs and was able to see things that needed to be changed, such as implementing higher security and better plans for employees. I believe that Undercover Boss has the potential to be one of CBS's best new TV shows. Even though the executives are being somewhat deceitful by going undercover, I feel that it is necessary for them to hide this from employees in order to really experience working for the companies from "the other end of the spectrum." I feel like it gives all of the employees a greater perspective and appreciation for the person that is ultimately in charge of them because they realize that he or she cares about the people as well as the business. I look forward to seeing what great things the TV show Undercover Boss will bring in the future. I know that the results will be impressive, and I hope that this show will be around for years to come.

Post a CommentToo bad the CEO of Kroger isn't willing to work in a few stores. He needs to see what his employees really face with stress and disappointment plus mnany demands for chickenfeed. His worth is a nice comfy $8,000,000.00 bonus and empolyees are cut hours and benefits.
