Santa's House - 122 South Main St., North East, MD

Take the kids to visit Santa's House Friday December 18th through Sunday December 20th. You and the kids can spend time with Santa and take pictures for your holiday scrapbook. This is a free event and it is handicap accessible. On Fridays you can visit from 6pm to 7pm, Saturday from 10am to noon then from 1pm to 3pm and on Sunday from 1pm to 3pm. Abracadabra Aladdin!!! at Elkton Station - 107 Railroad Avenue, Elkton, MD

December 18, 2009 through December 19, 2009, enjoy the live musical production of this Arabian Night classic. Enjoy watching Aladdin trying to secure the magic lamp and win the heart of Princess Jasmine. Tickets are $5 and children under age five get in free. Live Christmas Nativity at Harts Amphitheater - 3203 Turkey Point Road, North East, MD

Treat your children to the story of baby Jesus' entrance into the world. Your kids will love to see the Christmas Story come to life with live characters and animals. The event is free for all with free food and warm drinks to keep you and the little ones cozy. The Harts Amphitheater is handicap accessible. Showtimes are Saturday December 19, 2009 at 6pm and 7pm. New Castle County Events for Christmas and Holiday Fun

Free Holiday Movie Matinee Saturday at Newark Cinema Center 3 - Newark Shopping Center, Newark, DE

Come to Newark Cinema Center 3 on December 19, 2009 at 11am to watch a free movie. Newark Natural Foods is sponsoring the free showing of the motion picture ELF starring Will Ferrell. In order to watch the movie for free, simply need to bring in one non-perishable food item per person as a donation. The donation benefits the Newark Area Welfare Committee's holiday food basket and year long food pantry programs.

Christmas at Hagley - 200 Hagley Road, Wilmington, DE

The Hagley Museum and Library has a host of events which began on November 27, 2009 and will end on January 3, 2010 beginning at 9:30am through 4:30pm. Every weekend in December the Hagley Museum and Library will host tours and activities for adults and children alike at Worker's Hill and the Gibbon's House. December 20, 2009 the Belin House Restaurant is serving a Holiday Brunch from 10am to 2pm.

These events are free for Hagley members, however adults pay $11 for admission, students and senior pay $9.00, children ages six to 14 pay $4 and children under six are admitted free.
