As you enter the gates of Cedar Point, one thing that you'll notice is the beautiful and fun assortment of colors that are displayed all throughout the park. With orange and blue roller coasters and purple and pink restaurants, Cedar Point is not only appealing to the eyes but tempts you into the park. Also when approaching the park, you'll set your eyes on beautiful Lake Erie, which is where Cedar Point is set against. When on the ferris-wheel you'll be able to have a birds-eye view of it, and the lake looks so calm and serene compared to anything else in the park!
A couple of the popular roller coasters at Cedar Point are Millennium Force and Top Thrill Dragster. These two are ones that fans wait in lines for hours on end just to experience. Millennium Force, with its almost 90 degree drop from the top of the hill will give you the experience of a lifetime. Not only will you be scared from the moment that you enter the line, but in most cases you'll probably even debate about turning back. But don't let your fears stop you! Millennium Force will give you all of the great g-forces that die hard physics students love, as well as the fear and anticipation of being dropped down that first hill when you are at the top!
Top Thrill Dragster is also of equal importance when it comes to experiencing the thrill of your life. Accelerating to 120 miles per hour in only 4 seconds, Top Thrill Dragster gives any roller coaster ride in the United States a run for its money. This ride actually has $25 million invested into it, and you can bet that it gives riders the value for their money!
Whether you want to ride on Top Thrill Dragster, Millennium Force, or one of the many other rides that Cedar Point has to offer, like the Mantis, maXair, or the Raptor, you won't be disappointed. But don't forget to stop by one of Cedar Point's many food places. Johnny Rockets offers a classically designed restaurant taking you back to the oldies time, with popular music of the '50s, '60s, and '70s.
No matter where you are in the United States, do make a point to try to come to Sandusky, Ohio, and see why Cedar Point is one of the best in the nation! Everything that Cedar Point has to offer gives thrill seekers and amusement park lovers a great value for their money, as well as an awesome time!
