Even people who have never been to Ohio have heard of Cedar Point which is located at 1 Cedar Point Drive in Sandusky, Ohio. Any roller coaster or theme park fan has a t least heard for Cedar Point. Cedar Point has more rides then 75 rides which is more then any other theme park and also has the largest number of mega coasters as well.
Cedar Point actually has much more then just an amusement park on property they also have an indoor as well as an outdoor waterpark, white sand beach, hotels, marinas, and what they call challenge park which has things like go-karts and ripcord to name a few. Cedar Point is the second oldest amusement park in North America and it has done a lot in over 100 years of operation.
With so many rides everyone in your family will be able to find a ride they like. What Cedar Point is well known for though is having some of the best roller coasters in the whole world. Many of the roller coasters at Cedar Point are constantly ranked among the best in the world by various groups and you may have seen them on TV on the Travel Channel or similar shows. Millennium Force was once the tallest roller coaster in the world but is still the longest steel coaster in the world it is often considered the best roller coaster in the world by coaster enthusiast. Top Thrill dragster is the first and one of the only Stratacoasters which is a roller coaster that is 400 feet or more tall. As you can imagine this coaster holds the record for tallest, steepest, and even the fastest. Magnum XL-200 is the roller coaster that started the roller coaster wars being the first to reach 200 feet it is still considered one of the top 10 roller coasters in the world. That is just some of their best roller coaster they have even more.
Besides roller coasters there are other thrill rides from the classic tilt-a-whirl to classic water rides like the log flume. Cedar Point has all 75 rides so it has all your old classic favorites. They have a few water rides that include the classic log flume and rapid rides. They have plenty of family friendly rides as well at Cedar Point. They have not one but two carousels, sky ride, and Ferris Wheel to name just a few. Of course there are plenty of rides for little kids too. They have all the classics like a balloon race, train, planes, and little cars to name only a few.
The only two problems with Cedar Point is that it is expensive and that it is hard to decide what to do. Cedar Point may only be one park but you might want to stay more then one day if you want to go on everything. Cedar Point is one of the best amusement parks in the world. It may not be perfect since it seems more amusement then theme park and oddly is missing some classics like a haunted house or dark ride but it does have some of the best rides. Any theme park fan will enjoy a trip to Cedar Point.

Post a CommentI am in total agreement with CP_Fan!!! Your complete abandonment of grammar & literary principles inherent of the English language (or any language, for that matter) is mind-blowing! Are you sure you're not really Caitlin Upton (Miss South Carolina Teen USA 2007) writing under a pen name??? Because your article sucks, and such as...
Are you honestly a free lance writer by profession? I cannot even list all of the grammatical errors I counted in this article. The style is pedestrian and juvenile, there is no flow, and it lacks research. I honestly thought that this sounded like a seventh grade report and was shocked when I clicked on your profile to discover that you're a college grad and that you work as a writer. This was painful to read.
Cedar Point does have a dark ride! Disaster Transport is an indoor bobsled style coaster. It's almost entirely pitch black.
It also happens to be one of my favorite rides at the park!!
