A little on the top end side for Portland prices but this quaint place is great for a Cinco de Mayo celebration.

One great thing about Salvador Molly's is that the menu is not just strictly Mexican; choose from Hawaiian, Argentinean, food from Barbados or Senegal. All these different taste all under one roof. That means that this Cinco de Mayo doesn't mean you have to eat just Mexican food to celebrate this great holiday.
