CELEBRATE the GIFT
With Christmas just behind us, the presents put away, it's time to settle into the coming New Year.
During the Christmas season I watched the joy on faces of strangers. The many kindnesses shown to each other. It would seem, once the tree is put away, the joy should remain.
Jesus is alive.
I am reminded of the gifts HE has given me.
I recently read a blog about a dream a lady had. God was telling her to come "open her presents." She told HIM in the dream, she didn't need any more gifts.
I am wondering how many gifts are still in my basket from God. How many gifts HE has tried to give me that I wasn't aware of, only because I was worried about my own agenda.
HIS gifts are still there, waiting for me. I'm praying, with eyes wide open, and listening ears to hear and receive all HE is trying to do for me.
When I think of HIS grace, I feel the JOY.
