Writing is an important skill for everyone to have. To write well one has to be able to read well. You must also have a grasp of grammar, spelling and sentence structure. A good writer is also passionate about the subject being written about and must possess a grasp of wordcraft that lures the reader into the story or article.
It was once feared by many teachers that writing would be a lost art. These days, thanks to the power of the internet and media devices, good writing skills are more important than ever. Post a CommentI wish I didn't miss this holiday this year! Too bad there's not a National Writing Day every month! :)
Your article inspired me to check out sites of interest to writers. I found this one and thought I would share it. http://www.agentquery.com/resource_ww.aspx
I had no idea! Very cool article and ideas.
Oops, too late.
I celebrated National Writing Day by writing most of the day :)
Yes maybe it is time for me to do some writing. My opinion on National Writing day is; It's just another day to try and avoid work. Unfortunately we have a lot of lazy people in this country that are constantly looking for an excuse to get out of work. That is the exact philosophy that is weakening our country.
This is the place to celebrate haha :)
Good ideas-awesome day!
Thanks Gayle! I didn't know about this. I'll try to get my creative juices flowing.
