Celebrating Thanksgiving at My House
It Has Been Too Many Years Since We Celebrated Thanksgiving at My House. This Year Will Be Different!
This year is the first year since the death of my husband, that I am going to spend Thanksgiving with my family without having to be driven home at 8 PM, or after dinner. We are celebrating the Thanksgiving dinner at my house.
This year, my grandson became the proud owner of a beautiful home. It is large, spacious and is the same golf course as I am. it is about a mile down the road. We finally live close to each other once again. I have so much to give thanks for. My family and I are celebrating the Thanksgiving dinner at my house.
This year, my daughter is in good health. She sells real estate and handles rentals. She sells bridal gowns online as well as accessories for the weddings.
She is happy that finally she and I live much closer. It is only a mile away. We can share each remaining moment and each day together without her having to drive 45 minutes one way to see me. I am happier now and more content - I do not feel so lonely or so alone. I love living near my family and celebrate Thanksgiving at my House.
This year, my granddaughter got married. He is a wonderful man who loves her as much as she loves him. They both have jobs and life for them is heaven sent. Also, she now lives nearer to me. May be 15 minutes away. Now she can drop over when she has time, and I can see my great- granddaughter growing up. Time passes fast. One day, they are babies and the next teens.
This is going to be a good year. My Condo will sell, my cat is happy as she can spend her time outdoors sunbathing on my patio watching the Cranes other birds and the golfers playing golf.
I sincerely hope that everyone of my friends on AC Content have a happy and healthy Thanksgiving. It is a blessing for me to be able to share my articles and read the articles of each of you.
I also am thankful for another year of healthy living. I am having a 'big' birthday in three weeks.I am so happy to Celebrate Thanksgiving at my house.
Not giving the age.;) but it is one that ends in a 'zero'...;)
