Celebrities Who Have Been Kicked Out of Public Places

Being asked to leave a public establishment is perhaps one of life's more humiliating events. It's probably even more humiliating when you're a celebrity. But when it happens, it usually makes for interesting headlines. Brooklyn rapper Foxy Brown is the latest celebrity to be "asked to leave" an establishment. According to USA Today, the rapper caused a disturbance over a manicure, aboard a Royal Caribbean cruise ship and was ultimately escorted off the cruise.

But celebs have been getting kicked out of all sorts of places for years. It's certainly nothing new. These days they're getting tossed for all kids of reasons...

Michaele Salahi (yes, the other Party Crasher) may not have been kicked out of the White House on that infamous evening in 2009. Instead she was dismissed from an installment of VH1's Celebrity Rehab. What must a person do to be kicked out of Celebrity Rehab, you ask? Simply have no addiction at all.

Actor Kevin Smith was kicked off a Southwest Airlines flight supposedly because of his weight. This particular snafu caught the public's eyes, as there has been ongoing debate over charging obese passengers for multiple seats.

But you don't have to be the wrong size to get kicked off an airplane. Apparently, acting a fool on board will draw unwanted attention as well. In July of 2010, comedian Dave Chappelle after allegedly causing a ruckus over the bathroom facility caused a private jet to land early.

Kevin and Dave certainly aren't the only famous dudes to be kicked off an airplane. In December of 2010, actor Josh Duhamel was taken off a flight heading to Kentucky from New York City because he refused to turn off his Blackberry. (Tsk tsk tsk)

Paris Hilton was kicked out of an entire country (Japan.) She waited around in the airport for about 6 hours before she was finally sent packing. Cocaine possession charges tend to yield these kinds of results.

Kanye West also proved that a famous name means nothing when that name is not on "the list." In this case, Kanye thought that he had enough clout to crash three shows at Paris Fashion Week 2011 without a personal invite. He was wrong.

Even actress Sean Young has found herself on the receiving end of the heave-ho. In 2008, she was removed from the Directors Guild of America Awards after becoming a little too boisterous during the ceremony.

Sometimes a celebrity's skin can be too disruptive for the occasion. Such was the case for the notorious mistress Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, who was tossed out of an MTV VMA party as she was flashing too many Nazi tattoos.

Whether you're causing a commotion, breaking the law, or offending entire ethnic groups of people with your antics, getting kicked out of a public place is pretty embarrassing. It is during these unfortunate times that celebs are blatantly reminded that they're just people too...
