Celebrities that I Found Inspiring and Comfortable in Their Own Body

Sandra M.

The messages that I have learned from these women are to continue to reinvent yourself. Work very hard on your healthy lifestyle, focus on the parts of your body you like and do not let your big and little insecurities get in the way of feeling attractive, no matter how old, big or small you are.

Queen Latifah: Actress and a singer who is fighting back at those who want her to change.

Queen Latifah is my inspiration. The Oscar-nominated star, 41 , is proud of her curvaceous body, even more so as it set her apart from a many of celebrities.
She want to sent a massage that she wants to be healthy weight, and not skinny to please others. You cannon get more real, natural beauty, and comfortable in her own skin celebrity, than Queen Latifah!

Courteney Cox: Actress who is beautiful and comfortable in her own skin and with her age.

She is amazing actress and very beautiful. In one of the interviews Cox said: " Some people may not want to show parts of them that are not the very best and that's all right. I decided to show, and I don't care. It was important to show the real side of being 40.", that was nearly 6 years ago and she had not change. I have to agree that every stage of your age need to be shown, and that is true beauty. Courtney Cox, 46, is not ashamed of her age, and say it out loud. Cox is brave enough to show her body on camera without the airbrushing. I think that makes her who she is, and people find beauty in self body comfortability rather than who's dress she is wearing on the Red Carpet. Cox's body image, and how she is presenting herself is one thing that we love!

Rihanna: Singer with amazing voice and talent, sending positive messages to her audience how she is very comfortable with her body.

This 23-year-old pop diva from Barbados, says that she is finally learning to love the body that she was born with and revels in new Shape Issue of Vogue that she was far too hard on her own looks. In her own words Rihanna said: "Over the holidays, I realized that I actually like my body, even if it's not perfect according to the book I just feel sexy. For the first time, I don't want to get rid of the curves. I just want to tone it up. My body is comfortable, and it's not unhealthy, so I'm going to rock with it."
She certainly do rock with her body. Rihanna is role model to many young girls and I think that she is sending positive message to all "love who you are and just embrace what you have!"
