Arguably the most beautiful woman on the planet, Halle Berry, was born in Cleveland, Ohio. Halle's parents chose her name from the famous landmark, Halle's Department Store, which was located near her birthplace in Cleveland. Halle won many beauty pageants including Miss Ohio USA and Miss Teen All-American. Halle won an Oscar in the "Best Actress in a Leading Role" category for Monster's Ball. Other movies that Halle has starred in include: Losing Isaiah, X-Men, Swordfish, Die Another Day, X2, Gothika, Cat Woman, Perfect Stranger, and X-Men: The Last Stand.

Carson was impressed with Carey and gave him a rare invitation to sit on Carson's couch after his performance. In 1987 Paul Newman won an Oscar in the category of "Best Actor in a Leading Role" for his performance in The Color of Money. Newman also starred in the movies Cool Hand Luke, Hud, Sweet Bird of Youth, The Hustler, Nobody's Fool and Road to Perdition. Additionally, Paul Newman is the founder of Newman's Own, a food company that donates all of its profits and royalties to charity.

On March 25, 1965 Sarah Jessica Parker was born in Nelsonville, Ohio. Her parents divorced early in her life and she moved to Cincinnati, Ohio with her stepfather, mother, and seven siblings. Parker is best known for playing Carrie Bradshaw on the HBO series Sex and the City. She won two Emmy Awards and four Golden Globe Awards for her work in that series. Parker has achieved big screen success for her roles in movies including The First Wives Club, Strangers with Candy, The Family Stone, and Failure to Launch. Parker is UNICEF's representative for the performing arts and is a member of Hollywood's Women's Political Committee.
