'CELEBRITY APPRENTICE' 2009: Can We Talk?

J Renee
Last year's 'Celebrity Apprentice' was awesome. The first season of 'Celebrity Apprentice' was everything reality TV shows should be: exciting, annoying, infuriating, and the worst person won. Well, maybe not the worst at playing the game, but certainly one of the least likable characters.

TMZ.com has the list of the next batch of celebs who will work for The Donald and most likely be fired by The Donald:

  • Joan and Melissa Rivers - can one of them do anything without the other? Joan's humor is old, tired and annoying. She's 74 and still poking fun at her own plastic surgery and other people's style. Melissa simply isn't funny. But, at least I'm familiar with their work.
  • Claudia Jordan - who? I had to search the web to figure that one out. Evidently, she's one of the models who holds a suitcase on the game show 'Deal or No Deal'. Only time will tell if she's more than a pretty face/body holding a suitcase.
  • Brian McKnight - according to IMDB.com, he's a singer/actor. Who knew?
  • Tom Green - finally! Someone I've heard of besides the Rivers duo. Tom's a comedian/actor that might be best known for being one of Drew Barrymore's exes.
  • Khloe Kardashian - if I were a fan of trashy reality TV, I might have heard of Khloe Kardashian prior to her appearing on this list. I had to once again search the web to find that she was on the reality show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians". She's another one of those "celebrities" who are famous simply because they are famous. You know, a celebrity who gets press just for partying, wearing fur, and being arrested on DUI charges.
  • Dennis Rodman - hopefully you too know Dennis Rodman. The last thing I saw Dennis in was 'Celebrity Mole.' I was impressed by what I saw, so I'm looking forward to seeing him go up against The Donald. I might even predict him to be named THE Celebrity Apprentice.
  • Andrew Dice Clay - raunchy comedian and has-been. I'm not interested in watching Andrew Dice Clay. But, I guess they had to get some loud-mouthed, obnoxious, deluded, psycho to replace Omarosa.
  • Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins - a member of the rapping trio, 'TLC', Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins might be one of the most interesting and enjoyable to watch of the whole bunch of new celebrity apprentices.
  • Herschel Walker - all I know is that he's a popular retired football player. Since I don't keep up with sports, I don't have much to say about Herschel Walker, except that athletes tend to do well on reality TV shows.
  • Scott Hamilton - winning gold at the 1984 Winter Olympics and his winning personality has made Scott Hamilton one of America's favorite athletes. I look for him to go a long way as long as he can avoid being eaten by this season's sharks.
  • Annie Duke - one moment, please, while I search the Internet ... A poker player? Really? Good gawd.
  • Clint Black - Grammy award winning country music singer/song writer. Since Trace Adkins did so well and was so well liked, maybe The Donald will strike gold again with Clint Black.
  • Natalie Gulbis - professional golfer. Go ahead and look her up on Wikipedia if you're interested.
  • Brande Roderick - oh yippee! Another "actress/model" who has made appearances in "Baywatch" and PLAYBOY.
  • Jesse James - surely not the famous American outlaw? Even after scouring the Internet, I have not a clue who this guy is. He might be Sandra Bullock's husband. Or, he might be the guy behind West Coast Choppers. I guess we'll just have to tune in to find out.

Well that's it... the list of athletes, actors, models, comedians, singers, has-beens, and wanna-be's that will be clamoring to hear the words, "you're fired," from The Donald on the next season of 'The Celebrity Apprentice' starting March, 2009.

It was obvious from the begining that it was going to be Rivers at the end. The Whole show was fixedto keep rateings up...Booring people were axed in order of Boor factor with the last Boor, Jesse James the last to go. Then the Big Cat fight at the end...what a Joke. The show is as transparent as Trup himself: Sa sham wraped in an inigma inside a Puzzle with a hidden camera in the middle, If this show comes back it will only be because Trump paid someone off. I say: "Trump, You're Fired.".

They might as well Cancel the next season of Apprentice as i dont think there will be any viewers after so many lost total respect for Trump and him allowing his show to be turned into the obnoxious rivers show. How dispicable, how dare he allow her to rant and lie, she couldnt even own up to the planner quitting and he let joan get away with it all. Guess Annie Duke won too much money from one of his casinos. I and amillion others have no respect for trump now and total respect for Annie. She is the true winner, joan is just a disgusting, lying whiner. I watched just to see what the only winner on the show would do but i should have known, trump had it rigged and lost many viewers and much respect over it.

Joan Rivers continues to prove what a classless and undignified person she is. she knows going in to the show that only one person can win so that at some point her or Melissa or both will be eliminated. you also kknow that it is going to get tougher as the number of competitors dwindle. Mr.Trump must not allow her to come back and treat her voluntary departure as abandonment. Mrs. Rivers is in no position to refer to Annie as lower than trailer thrash because she is a poker player. i am sure like anything else we do in life poker requires good math skills and a certain character. Mrs. Rivers should be experienced enough to understand what she is up against but clearly can't stand the heat. Her personal attacks on Annie are a clear lack of class or good judgement. she has certainly not shown the type of leadership that Mr. Trump is looking for.

Trump lost a lot of my respect ,after today's show of firing a woman for a DUI ,Yes it is sad that this women did this vary bad thing ,But I would like to think that if someone is paying for a mistake and is trying to help others from doing the same mistake ,Then they should not be reprimanded for it ,But encouraged to keep trying to do good, and help others from drinking and driving .Trump showed that he has money and NO CONPASHIN OR FORGIVNESS. But I'm a Canadian all the USA thinks that they can DO what ever they want ! Were ever they wont !And they wonder why the rest of the world HATES THEM! BULLYS LIERS INVADERS

Why did Milissa Rivers try and take credit for another teammate's idea on Sunday's show? And I must say my respect for Clint Black is fading fast. He has been a favorite of mine in years past, but tonight he came off as a bully. I felt sorry for Scott, but I have to say that he didn't lead his team very well but he is still one person I really like.
