Master chef and television host, Curtis Stone is best known for cooking with local and organic ingredients. Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, Curtis quickly became a cooking phenom in the United States with the show Take Home Chef. Curtis is playing for Feeding America, the nation's largest domestic hunger relief organization.

Summer's charity is Right to Play, an organization that brings sports to developing countries ravaged by war.

Brains and beauty, Selita considered attending college at some of the nation's most elite schools. Instead, Selita turned to the modeling world where she has successfully worked since the age of 17. Selita's charity is Shine on Sierra Leone, hoping if she wins to build a female health clinic in the needy country.

I know what you mean, there were three that I had no idea who they were.
Interesting to see who the celebrity apprentices are...but I never heard of a couple of them...guess I'm out of touch:)
