The ladies team, Team Tenacity, also has a non-group player - Holly Peete Robinson. She works well (and is a strong player), but only with certain people like Summer. To me, a true team player can work well and excel working with anyone in their group. After all, the other team players put their problems aside without being rude and bossy. And Michael Johnson and Holly Robinson Peete are not team players, but they can get the job done.
This week the two teams must create a three-dimensional display to launch a theme park's new attraction. As personal attacks by the women begin to really drive them apart. It boils down to who is a team player, and who is not.
Project managers this week were Selita Ebanks, for Team Tenacity (the ladies) and Rob Blagojevich, for Team Rock Solid (the men). Both of them stepped up, for their team, on a mission that had yet to even be told to them. I give both of them props for stepping up, especially when neither group knew what their task would be.
As you probably already know Rod is the former Governor of Illinois. And Selita Ebanks, is a Victoria Secret angel. Rod and Selita were picked up by limo and were then told what their task would consist of. They were flown to Orlando, and Donald Trump told them that their task would be to create a three-dimensional interacting display for Universal Orlando's theme park. Both teams end product would be judged by Harry Potter fans, for the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
Their team mates were not made aware of where their team members were sent. So soon, Cyndi Lauper and Holly Robinson Peete were arguing, mostly because Peete is extremely over bearing and bossy. I like that when Peete was rude to Cyndi, Sharon Osbourne stood up for her. After all Lauper was right and Peete is just rude, and is no team player, whatsoever. And let me just say I love Osbourne's honesty, and the fact that she is not scared of anyone. Go Sharon! Peete also made the remark that she did not come on the show to be entertaining and Lauper was quick to let her know, that they were all here for that. Soon after, Peete begins the war again telling Sharon that she did not care is she saw her as boring, after Sharon compared her to ice melting. Peete said she did not come to be funny, and Sharon let her know that she could not be funny if she tried. And soon the ladies were divided by Peete's hostility.
Both project managers were allowed to view Universal Orlando, to get a ideas of what was needed for their 3-D Harry Potter display. They also got to take Harry Potter merchandise home and take pictures to get ideas for their project. Soon, they were calling their team members to give them the heads up on this week's task. It is a tad odd that Rod does not know how to answer his cell phone, but not that odd that he can not text or type. Many people in the older generation do not want to learn anything new, some do, but still I do not think you have to know how to text or type to be good at the task. As Rod said during the show.
When Rod flew back to his team he was let down that Michael Johnson and Curtis Stone were both sitting on their butts, eating dinner, while Bret worked on the display, by himself! Leave it to those two to let someone else do all the work, since it is Rod and Bret's head on the chopping block. I say step up and do your part, especially when it is Michael and Curtis doing most of the giving up and complaining, about their team members. Ghandi says: "be the difference you hope to see". And I agree.
So this is who is left on each team:
Team Tenacity:
Sharon Osbourne, Cyndi Lauper, Maria Kanellis, Holly Peete Robinson, Summer Sanders, Selita Ebanks.
Team Rock Solid:
Rod Blagojevich, Bret Michaels, Curtis Stone, Bill Goldberg, and Michael Johnson.
Both teams were able to pull their display together. Both teams had problems with team mates and with not understanding the project. Which is understandable with their team managers being in another state. But this task seemed much easier than either team would admit. Common sense goes far on an easy task. Some celebrities forget that. Actually a lot of various people do.
The winning team was Team Tenacity and Selita Ebanks received $20,000 for her charity, Sierra Leone.
Which meant that someone from Team Rock Hard , would be sent home. The project manager was Rod, along with Bret being the creative designer of the display. The Donald asked Rod to bring back two team players, along with himself, and one of them would be fired. When Rod chose to not send Bret Michaels into the boardroom, Rod was right. The two he chose, Johnson and Stone set on their butts eating dinner, while everyone else did the work. Bret is a diabetic, yet you did not see him on his tail eating dinner.
Johnson and Stone claimed they did not have enough direction, but Bret previously managed to find something to do when Johnson was being a jerk. They could have done the same! But no they passed the buck and blamed the project manager, Rod. And with two guys against Rod in the board room, the Donald sent Rod home.
At least Rod stood by what he believed in. And I see no fault in that. Michael Johnson could learn something from Rod Blagojevich, regardless if he knows it or not. It is a shame to Johnson resort to calling names and being contrite, from week to week, and everyone sees it but him.
Though Rod leaves the competition, he does so with respect and honor. So, I say go Rod!

- Rod Blagojevich is a man of honor, regardless if he can text or email. Who cares?
- Michael Johnson is annoyingly petty and I know I am not the only one who thinks so.
- At least Cyndi brings excitement to a dull team, and Sharon's opinions are SO needed on this show!
