Celebrity Bad Plastic Surgery Jobs

Lisa Rinna recently claims she wish she didn't get plastic surgery done on her cheeks (Juvederm, which makes cheeks supposedly look "fuller" but can look more like a chipmunk) which made me wonder why some celebrities get surgery done that actually makes them look worse than before, not better, and certainly not younger. Outside of Michael Jackson, who is the poster child for plastic surgery gone bad, there are a few other celebrities who come to mind in this department:

Wayne Newton has certainly had some plastic surgery done, with a few facelifts and Botox. Sure, he's a great entertainer, but the surgery just does not give him a natural look. If I had something like that done, there is no way I'd be saying "Danke Schoen" to my plastic surgeon.

Burt Reynolds had some sort of work done, but what's with the excessive crow's feet at the corners of his eyes? And, why are they turned upwards? It's almost as if he had a bad facelift done, too. The cheekbones don't look right either - they are too hollow for his facial shape. It's unfortunate, since he was so nice looking a decade ago.

Diana Ross is another one who had a facelift done. Considering she's in her sixth decade of life, it doesn't really look natural for her at all. Why do talented people get plastic jobs like this done? I think she would look much better sans the surgery.

Barry Manilow has had a few facelifts but surprisingly, no nose job. He's probably afraid of winding up looking like Michael Jackson, and I don't blame him. The too tight skin doesn't look natural on him, either. In addition to that, the Botox makes the upper two-thirds of his face look too puffy.

While she is not an actress, Jocelyn Wildenstein makes the bad plastic surgery jobs list if only for the totally unnatural cat-like surgery she has had done. She supposedly had the surgery done to keep her husband, a big cat lover, interested in her. Granted, she is wealthy enough to afford it but if I were to be on the prominent social scene in New York City I certainly would not want to look like that.

Smokey Robinson is another celebrity who looks quite different now than he used to several decades ago - his face is tighter, his eyebrows are lifted up much higher than normal for a man in his late sixties. It's a shame he did not let himself go natural, seeing he is one of the most talented singers in the music business.

David Hasselhoff has admitted to having Botox injected. I don't know where, neither do I really wish to know. (What is that thing on him at the Tony Youn site?)
