Celebrity Comebacks of 2008

2007 was a scandal plagued year, with the likes of Britney Spears, Lindsey Lohan and Amy Winehouse playing front and center. Their faces have graced every gossip rag that has been placed on store shelves ( in case you have been on planet krypton this past year). I have compiled a list of my top 5 celebrity comebacks of 2008.

Britney Spears- Ok, so we have all seen the recent story of (OMG) Britney buying a pregnancy test (which of course was NOT for her) and her shopping trip out with Adnan Ghalib for a new Mercedes in which she wore her wedding dress. Obviously the biggest scandal this year for Britney was losing her kids to K-Fed, who is (supposedly) the better parent. My comeback prediction for Britney is that she will be-friend TomKat and join the church of Scientology. Aliens will abduct her and show her the error of her ways. She will sing about her experiences and become a huge cult pop star.

Amy Winehouse- This bluesy Jazz, Beehive sporting songstress had her breakout year this year, as well as her breakdown year. With issues revolving around drug and alcohol addiction she has seen both the rise and fall of being a celebrity superstar. My comeback prediction for her is that she will divorce her husband and marry David Spade. She will clean up her act and star in David Spade's next movie. The Bench-warmers II.

Stephen Baldwin- this celebrity turned apprentice is best known for his role in the Flintstones real life movie, where he played the lovable doofus Barney Rubble. Unlike some other Baldwin's, Stephen has not seen as much trouble with the law. My celebrity comeback prediction is that he will win the Celebrity Apprentice, become "The Donald's" right hand man, even sporting the same hair style.

Naomi Campbell- who can forget the insult hurling, cell phone throwing champion? After a brief stint picking up garbage for her community service sentence, she went to anger management and there has been no violent incidents since. My comeback prediction for her is to become the new host of the Jerry Springer Show (yes believe it or not, it is still on the air). This way she can watch violence without being a part of it (for once).

Janet Jackson- After much speculation over her weight gain/loss and the Boobgate scandal that plagued her a few years back, she is coming back with a new album. "Discipline" is the title of her yet to be released comeback album. I however believe her Comeback for 2008 will be surrounding being on the show "Celebrity Biggest Loser" where Michael will make a guest appearance in a space suit with Bubbles on his shoulder to encourage Janet.
