Believe it or not, there is a website for dating women who are short, including women in the Chicago area. Click here to join. The purpose of the site is to target people who "feel more comfortable dating people shorter than average," for those who are "a little on the short side, or you are dealing with a congenital issue that led to short stature or dwarfism."

Post a CommentI am short and prefer short men; men who I can see eye to eye with rather than craning my neck to look up at a tall man during conversation. I stopped wearing high heels many years ago, and just feel more comfortable dancing with someone close to my own size.
Hi Cindy, thanks for reading my content. (I got the PM.) It's strange how it works out that way, but I'm 5'3 and when I calculate the guys I've dated over the years, about 85% of them were over 6'0. I dated a guy once who was 5'11, and I thought, "He's a little too short." *laughing* Dating guys near my height feels really odd for me, but anyway, I enjoyed checking this one out. There were some female celebs who I never thought were as short as they are. The heels can fool you!

I'm just under 4' 11" and my fiance is 6'1"- he's also 200 lbs, where I am 85 lbs. I like how he is HUGE compared to me- but I never thought we might look odd in public. We get odd looks for the age difference (he's 40, I'm 26 and look 12), but I guess we might look like an odd couple to other people because of our height difference.
Zona, this is a reprinted entry, but I did have a lot of fun writing it the first time. I went through that Celeb Height site thinking, "Women are seriously fooling the public with these heels." I thought plenty of these ladies here and even the ones who are up to 5'5 were WAY taller. Thanks for reading.
