Celebrity fashion designer Anand Jon Alexander, was charged Wednesday of raping and sexually assaulting four more victims. Bringing the celebrity fashion designer's charges to a count of 32 involving sexual assault on 13 victims, ranging from the age of 14 to 23.

The 33 year-old, Indian-born fashion designer launched his fashion line in 1999 after he had graduated from the Parsons School of Design in New York. He has since went on to dress such celebrities as Paris Hilton, Michelle Rodriguez and Mary J. Blige.

According to report by AFP, Alexander's website shows that he is the winner of various fashion awards and had even won the 2002 People's Choice "Best New Designer" prize.

Alexander, plead innocent on all charges and was released on a $1.3 million bail. Superior Court Judge Eldon Fox, has allowed Alexander to resume working with strict orders that his mother must supervise any work that involves a woman under the age of 30. In addition all models under the age of 30 must sign paper documentations that states that they were never alone with him.

A misdemeanor count of sexual battery brought against the celebrity fashion designer was dismissed by Judge Fox.

Deputy District Attorney Mara Mcllvain stated to the courts during Alexander's arraignment, " It's violent. It's sexual offenses against younger female victims. It's a pattern of conduct that is like a serial sex offender."

According to Los Angeles District Attorney's spokeswoman, Jane Robison, the victims were lured with promises of a career in modeling and/or modeling contracts but were instead sexually assaulted by the fashion designer. In addition Robison has said that Alexander , was also under investigation by authorities in Texas and New York.

The attacks on these women took place according to prosecutors between November 2002 and March of 2007.

Alexander's attorney maintains that his client is innocent and that his client was falsely accused of rape by women who were upset because he failed to make them famous. All sex between his client and these women was consensual.

The charges brought against Alexander, include "forcible rape, sexual battery, sexual battery by restraint, sexual penetration by a foreign object, sodomy by use of force, forcible oral copulation, attempted forcible oral copulation, false imprisonment by violence, assault with the intent to commit a felony, lewd act on a child, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and sexual exploitation of a child."
