Who Is Shar Jackson?
Shar Jackson, whose legal first name is Sharisse, was born on September 4, 1976 and although she is known best for being the former girlfriend of Kevin Federline, she is actually an actress whose most popular role was as Niecy Jackson on Moesha. For those that are younger than I am that have not heard of the show "Moesha," the show starred singer Brandy Norwood.

Shar Jackson is the beautiful product of an African American and Native American mother and a Peurto Rican and Mexican father.

In 1993, Shar Jackson gave birth to a boy she named Donnie and in 1995 had a little girl named Cassie, both with her high school sweetheart. She later fell in love with dancer Kevin Federline and they had a daughter, Kori, on July 31, 2002. She later became pregnant again, this time with Kevin Federline's unborn son. It was during this pregnancy that Kevin Federline left her to be with Britney Spears. When Shar Jackson gave birth to Kaleb on July 20, 2004, Kevin Federline was enjoying an engagement with Britney Spears.

In addition to having a big role on Moesha, where she played Brandy's best friend, she has also appeared in The Bernie Mac Show, Good Burger (Nickelodeon movie), and also was featured on the divorce series, "The Ex-Wives Club" with Marla Maples and Angie Everhart.

Shar Jackson is also talented in singing and sang for the pop music group, "Mpulz." Unfortuantly, the group only released one album before going their separate ways. You can hear her on the soundtrack for "The Princess Diaries."

Shar Jackson was also on the the reality show Celebrity Rap Superstar, which aired on MTV on October 18, 2007. She won first place, beating former Playmate and Hugh Hefner girlfriend Kendra Wilkinson.

Shar Jackson has made it clear on Celebrity Fit Club 7: Boot Camp that she is heartbroken that people only associated her with being Kevin Federline's ex and she wants to find herself again. She is frustrated (and rightly so) that she is tabloid news and that people only ask her about information regarding Kevin Federline and Britney Spears.

My Thoughts on Shar Jackson
I would be frustrated too. So now you know that Shar Jackson had her foot in Hollywood before Kevin Federline, and that she is a beautiful and talented young woman who deserves to be recognized for her contributions to the television, film, and music industry.
