Celebrity Naughty or Nice List 2010

Entertainment reporters and the paparazzi made Santa Claus' job a whole lot easier this year. He only needs to take a look back at the year's top celebrity headlines to sort out nice and the naughty this holiday season. But the reporters and photographers can't take all the credit, the Internet searching public helped bring the nicest and the naughtiest to the forefront this year, affirmed by the top most searched people of 2010.

Celebrity Naughty or Nice List 2010

Kim Kardashian: Mostly Nice

Single model Kim Kardashian tops the list of the person that piqued your interest the most this year. She managed to get through he year without any pornographic video leaks (2007), 2010 highlights for Kim include her own wax figure at Madame Tussauds in New York (July 2010), she released her own perfume (February 2010), released a jewelry line (March 2010), appeared on the MTV VMAs (September 2010) and she released multiple clothing lines this year.

Now, unless you count vanity and greed, Kim Kardashian was cruising for the nice list. Then the pre-paid credit card story hit. Well, it hasn't quite made the headlines her choice of boots makes, but it's a black mark in 2010 for Queen Kardashian. The entrepreneurial Kardashian sisters who lend their names to so many products, they make "The Truman Show" look non-commercial.

Taylor Swift: A Little Naughty

She did not make th list, but Santa needs to know. She's been a little naughty this year. Taylor Swift smartly naughtied up her image this year, all while becoming the first female singer in six years to sell more than one million albums during th e first week of sales (1,047,000 in sales, according to figures provided by Nielsen SoundScan), according to MTV. Did she send nude photos of herself online? Did she pull a Janet Jackson and pull off a not-so-unplanned wardrobe malfunction? No. All Taylor Swift did was name names.

Naming names is a no-no. Usually. It's totally understandable that any lovesick songstress would tear feelings out the heart of her diary and use them as a catapult to musical inspiration. But to name names? That's so junior high! Fortunately for Taylor Swift, who started 2010 still reeling from Kanye West's stage crashing incident at the MTV VMA's, fought back against all men that wronged her. And she laughed all the way to the bank.

Sandra Bullock: Nice

Poor Sandy. One of the most relatable actresses in Hollywood got her heart stomped by her husband, very publicly. The public , the media and even Betty White rallied behind Sandra Bullock, who went on to adopt a child and kiss Scarlett Johannson at the MTV Movie Awards.

Epitome of Naughty, Mirrored by Nice: Lindsay and Jennifer

As nice as Jennifer Ansiton is, Lindsay Lohan is naughty. Often photographed relaxing on holiday in her bikini and hat of choice, Jennifer Aniston (#10) is just loving life, regardless of the tabloids lamenting her childless and Brad Pitt-less existence.

Lindsay Lohan on the other side of the reflection, needs a doctor. Not Dr. Pepper or Dr. Phil. is it too late for her parents to cheer her spirits with some Dr. Seuss? Yes, even Dr. Who couldn't help poor Lindsay. She needs Dr. Drew. Lindsay has a problem and needs to overcome it or she will continue making naughty and downright dangerous choices.

Naughty, Naughtier and Naughtiest: Tiger and Jesse (oh, and David)

The guys made the top searched list by acting naughty. Which one is the naughtiest? It would have to be Tiger Woods (#3) because his fall was the greatest of them all. Joining Tiger Woods on the naughty list in 2010: Jesse James (#8). If anyone cared enough to propel him the the top of the list, David Boreanaz would be here, too. He's no angel. Perhaps we would rather not look in his stocking. Who knows where it's been?

Momster of the Year?

Somewhere on the naught list you'll also find the Momster of the year: Kate Gosselin (#6). Her stellar parenting skills and compassionate decision to put her young brood on TV just may have contributed to her decision to temporarily "pull her kids out of school."

Good Luck, Santa, You're on Your Own Now

The rest of the top 10 most searched people on Bing list is a little harder to pin down. They could be naughty, they could be nice. It depends on how you feel about them.Lady Gaga (#4) earns a definite naughty, but people like her that way.

President Barack Obama (#5) is a tough call. Supporters say he's done a lot, detractors say he's not done enough.

Justin Bieber (#7). Bieber may be guilty of foot in mouth syndrome, but beyond that.....he probably won't get coal in his stocking this year.
