An Angelina met on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith of wacky action romantic comedy film and shortly after Brad announced his split with Jennifer Aniston.

2) The second major celebrity divorce in the decade was Beatles megastar mega-billionaire Paul McCartney and Heather Mills. As a moneymaker for mills took home reportedly $50 million from Sir Paul's fortune.

3) In our next celebrity breakup involving Madonna and Guy Ritchie, it is reported that Guy Ritchie also took home $50 million dollars from Madonna's coffers. Proving that lots of money doesn't always make for a happy marriage.

Which celebrity divorce is the worst divorce of the decade, well it depends on how you look at. You can look at the divorce through monetary reasons or emotional reasons. We look at the Paul McCartney Heather Mills divorce, Heather took home a huge sum of money but her reputation took a beating in the meantime. One person probably sent her a thank you note was Yoko Ono would no longer be known as the most hated ex-Beatle wife.

It comes to Brad and Jennifer Aniston everybody talked about them being America's sweethearts and then Angelina Jolie comes into the middle of it after the movie Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Lesson learned for all Hollywood actresses if your husband is a Hollywood actor and says he's going to make a movie with Angelina Jolie don't let him!

Fascinated with celebrities in general, they get married we want to see the pictures, they have children we want to see them and when they get divorced we want to see them, it humanizes a celebrity on some level and how they behaved during divorce gives hope in a sense that they are regular people just like you and me. Although celebrities have a lot more money than the average person they still have to deal with the same emotional pains as everyone else, they also have the added stresses of dealing with their image when going through divorces in the public eye.

So what is the celebrity divorce in the decade, well that's for you to decide if your an emotional base person than you probably have a go with Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston due to the way the divorce ended with Brad leaving for another woman. Or maybe you look at it from a monetary standpoint and decide that Guy Ritchie and Madonna divorce was worse because they were married so long and have children and there is a lot of money involved. Finally the divorce of Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills may be the divorce of the decade due both to the large amount of money involved when the Beatles star was only married her short time.

Personally I'm a softy and I really don't think the $50 million is going to cripple Paul McCartney or Madonna at the end of the day. With Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston getting a divorce due to another woman that has got to hurt. I really feel for Jennifer Aniston in this situation and that's why I'm giving it my is the divorce of the decade.
