Everybody loves babies. OK, well I do. It's always exciting to learn that someone is having a child. Especially if it is their first child, and the couple is happily married, engaged, or with boyfriend. Regardless, of the method, babies make the world go 'round. New life in a world that is often jaded by the views of people, gives new meaning and substance to our lives.

Here are the celebrities who are pregnant in 2010. Here's wishing them well!

Christina Applegate is pregnant with her very first child. She's a cancer survivor and currently promoting the film Going The Distance, with Drew Barrymore and Justin Long. See what Applegate has to say in this exclusive video from ABC. It's exciting to think of Kelly Bundy having her first kid.

Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz were married about a month ago, and they are happily expecting their first child. Keys looks great, as you can see from the Pop Sugar pictures.

John Travolta and Kelly Preston are expecting a son. Very exciting news for the famous couple, who recently lost their son Jett. I couldn't be happier for them.

Celine Dion and Rene Angelil are expecting twins, after a sixth attempt at in-vitro fertilization. The couple made the announcement earlier this year. They are also parents to nine-year-old Rene Charles. They have denied complications from the pregnancy even though the media doesn't let a potential "news" topics die. You can see from the picture, that Celine Dion is well and taken care of.

R&B singer, Ne-Yo and girlfriend Monyetta Shaw are expecting their first child in January. The 30-year-old singer is excited that they are expecting a daughter.

James Van Der Beek and Kimberly Brook tied the knot in a private island in Tel Aviv, Israel in August. The newlyweds are already expecting a baby girl. According to People Magazine, recently they celebrated the news with Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher.
