He returned to the party and didn't call authorities that may have been able to save her life. Nobody will ever know if he would have called authorities alerting them to the wreck if she could have been saved. He received a two-month suspended sentence for killing this woman. Anyone else would have been locked up for years, but his name Kennedy allowed him to walk free.
