We all want beautiful, glowing gorgeous skin that is clear and free of blemishes, spots, and lines. But using harsh chemicals or having to spend a load of cash isn't always the best answer. There are lots of ways to get clear skin naturally and for a lot less than the celebrities spend. Here you'll find the best of what I could gather from personal experience, beauty reviews, and celebrity resources.
As always, the first thing everyone tells you is to get proper nutrition, exercise, restful sleep, minimal stress, and plenty of water. Skin is our largest organ; a living and breathing thing, so it only makes sense that everything we come in contact with - internally and externally, goes through our skin, and has an effect on our skin. Beauty begins on the inside, so feeling great is a big part of glowing skin too.
Celebrities know this, that's why they all employ nutritionists, chefs, personal trainers, gurus and life coaches. For those of us who must make a go of it on our own, these helpful tips can aid you on your path to beautiful clear skin.
Here are a few celebrity tips on how to get clear skin naturally:
Exercise
Any celebrity will tell you that they exercise on a regular basis, some more vigorously than others, but all of them must keep fit. They almost always say do what you enjoy instead of making it such a "work-out", make it a "fun-out". Find an activity that you enjoy doing. Anything from walking in the park, to swimming, biking, hiking, dancing, yoga; whatever makes you happy, and will encourage you to continue every day. Switching it up helps keep you on track too; try changing up your routine once a week to keep things interesting.

Skin Food
There are thousands of books, websites, and celebrities that boast of specific foods that will help keep beautiful clear skin on our faces and bodies, but the best foods are naturally, the healthiest foods, and our bodies will tell us what they need. Find out what your body craves by actually listening to it; our bodies will tell us what they need if we only pay attention. It only makes sense that fresh fruits, vegetables and plenty of water are key elements to having beautiful skin, so make sure to put beautiful food inside to fuel our beauty-making engines for the outside.
Meditation / Stress Relievers
Stress is a major cause of all physical ailments, so it follows that it can have a major effect on our skin too. Everything finds its way out of our skin, including stress, and some even believe that pimples, cysts, and the like are micro-bursts of anger that didn't get released from our emotional bodies, so must find a way out through our skin. The best way to deal with this would be to find some way everyday to relax and let go of our problems; even if it is only for a few minutes. A five-minute stress reducing meditation can add years to your life, as well as helping your skin be as beautiful as it can be.
Chinese pearl powder: Micro Pearl Abrasion
Chinese pearl powder has been used for centuries for glowing skin and is great for internal as well as external issues. The biggest trend and hottest products now in Hollywood are the micro pearl abrasion treatments. Save a wad of money by making your own and get the same results. Micro pearls are spherical and not jagged (like apricot type scrubs) and will cause less damage to skin, and help remove fine lines.

Skin lighteners and hyper-pigmentation removers:
Many celebrities use skin bleaches and lighteners to remove spots, It is always a safer option to go for those skin whiteners that use natural ingredients, such as berries, rather than chemicals or steroids, and make sure it has an SPF high enough to protect you from the sun's harmful rays.

Pimples are burst of anger? Well, I get angry when I see one on the middle of my forehead anyway. :) I really need to make myself exercise.
Ha! AND where was this advice hidden for so long? I just visited my dermatologist yesterday. This probably could've prevented the trip, ya know... Maybe I am done with her...
